Our current building site was known as Schneiders Building Supplies for over 40 years. In January of 1997 Greg Schneider approached Louis Maglio of Maglio Building Centre in Nelson to purchase his business. Greg was one of the original Tim-br Mart dealers and he wanted an existing Tim-br Mart dealer to buy him out. Louis was not interested but his son in-law Russ, and two sons Dominic an Tony definately were. After putting all the dots together we opened up as Maglio Building Centre (Trail) Ltd, given that Maglio's had such a strong and respected name in the Kootenays.
